The Victorian TheatreThe Victorian Theatre

Description

This multi-functional area has been imaginatively restored to its former Victorian grandeur, retaining many of the original features such as the original timber roof structures imported from Canada, and the iron columns and decorative panels. Ideally suited for delivering a major conference, this area seats up to 216 delegates theatre style, with a stage area, lectern, state of the art PA systems and lighting. The area may be arranged to provide other layouts for smaller conferences and seminars with ample space for workshops and break out sessions.

The Seabourne GalleryThe Seabourne Gallery

Originally an open space between two wings of the building, it is now a light and airy glass fronted gallery, named after the original proprietor Mr. Charles John Seaborne. This second floor room offers dramatic views up the Valley towards Cwmtillery. This area is ideal for smaller seminars, training events and meetings, accommodating up to 40 delegates theatre style and up to 24 when set boardroom style. For PowerPoint presentations, blinds may be drawn across the glass sided wall.

The Met BarThe Met Bar

Description

Situated on the first floor, this newly refurbished and tastefully designed area lends itself as an ideal venue for business meetings and interview type situations. When set theatre style, up to 20 delegates may be easily accommodated. The room has two plasma screens, which may link directly to laptop computers for presentation purposes.
