The Metropole in Abertillery is a performing arts centre providing arts and cultural activities and events to the community of Abertillery and surrounding areas. All of our staff are Dementia Friendly Trained and the venue is completely accessible.
Due to Government restrictions on indoor performances in theatres during the coronavirus pandemic, The Met is temporarily closed for performances. Where possible, we have rescheduled our shows which were originally planned for the remainder of 2020 and up until May 2021. All pre-purchased tickets for the revised dates remain valid and the new dates may be found on the Whats On pages of the website. New ticket sales are currently disabled, but will be available online and via our box office very soon.
